This project was the first stage of an overall development of the hotel. The ground floor was completely renovated along with an extension to the existing external deck. Internal areas were upgraded to provide a contemporary bar, restaurant, function facilities and student entertainment with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere of a traditional pub.
