The design philosophy has been to create a building that could be transported from a rural environment and integrated into a vibrant inner city office park while achieving the architectural design vision of Essendon Fields. The design sets out to accomplish this by placing a building within a building, the outer built form achieves a more corporate design solution utilizing a mix of modern cutting-edge forms and materials integrated with a palette of natural rural earthy materials which form part of the Essendon Fields design ethos.
