ROYAL COMO

The tower’s exterior is given its sinuous shape by a sophisticated yet minimal system of detailing. A sense of movement is created by silver reflections and interplay of light across the façade.

On the ground floor, exterior materiality and interior finishes inform each other and establish a fine grain of detail. The natural basalt cladding that is the dominant feature of the entry lobbies extends right throughout the ground floor while the Australian blackbutt timber doors and details reference its use throughout the building.

The strong horizontal planar canopy in black steel that overlays the ground floor diverts upwards to frame the double-height retail tenancy, echoing the architectural treatment above.
