Our design idea is to achieve a sculptural tower that will be in complete harmony with its urban context of the Saigon River and the Can Goa mangrove forest including the river and canal system, the earth and the natural typography resulting in an iconic statement in the expanding city skyline. The tower and the lower buildings are carefully positioned on site to integrate and strengthen the public realm and provide an extension for the Vietnamese “street life” Maximum transparency is adopted throughout the proposed lobbies and retail shop houses to facilitate permeability and connectivity.
