The site is positioned among a mixture of restaurant and bars. The proposal capitalizes on the sub-tropical Brisbane climate and provide a product that differed from the existing surrounding venues and provide all year-round versatility.

 Using recycled shipping containers, timber, steel and umbrella structures created a development that complemented the surrounding venues but, produce a result that significantly differed from the existing by its innovated design.

 The development had to be able to be adaptable in the sense that the space needed to be broken up into individual areas to allow for separate functions being held at the same time whilst taking advantage of the views to the Brisbane River and Storey bridge.
