Inspired by its location in Melbourne’s evolving neighbourhood of Bentleigh East, the three-storey luxury townhouses integrate interior and exterior spaces, and are designed to suit the lifestyle of every resident.

Expressed external window frames create a seamless transition between inside and out, with the large glazed doors opening up onto a private courtyard.

A sense of space throughout

Each of the 15 three-bedroom townhouses was designed with the end users in mind – from downsizers to growing young families – which is why clever, thoughtful storage options comprised a large part of the overall design.

Bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas are on the ground floor, with a double lock-up garage beneath each home.

A modern interior for everyone

The thoroughly modern interior of each townhouse is customised for the purchaser.

Purchasers could choose between light and dark colour schemes and kitchen design. Vanity units were custom designed to feature undermount basins and overhead mirror cabinets for additional storage. Some designs also included Fisher & Paykel appliances with feature suspended rangehoods.
