AN ICONIC TOWER FOR VIETNAM

Millennium Tower is located adjacent to the Song Nhue River and fronts the main arterial road linking Ha Dong and Hanoi. Its design is both contemporary and culturally appropriate, drawing on the tradition of silk manufacturing in this province, and delivering modern spaces for people to live, work and play.

With a total of 719 apartments across 44 levels above a 10-level podium of retail and commercial spaces, Millennium Tower incorporates historic and contextual references relevant to the region of Ha Dong.

New building design

The twin residential towers which rise above the podium are connected by a three-level bridge above the recreation level.

Inspired by the tradition of silk

The towers feature an illuminated ribbon wrapping the façade similar to a silk thread. This is in reference to Ha Dong’s silk heritage.

This province is regarded as historically producing Vietnam’s best silk. In fact, silk from this area is often called Ha Dong Silk, a reference to the provincial capital.

Residential luxury a focus

As the towers taper towards the top, the apartments benefit feature large terraces which offer spectacular views over the province.

For residents, the tower houses a lounge, gym, spa and swimming pool, as well as a 10-level podium of retail, commercial office, child care centre and car parking facilities. A landscaped recreational area also features in the design for the exclusive use of residents.
